If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first? The dog of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.

I am not sure who comes up with these crazy ideas...but I tried putting peanut butter out and nothing touched it after one week. I screwed a half a jar, filled with peanut butter to a tree 15 yards away from one of my best feeders just to see if the deer would actually eat it. We had a half dozen different bucks and several does on camera hitting this feeder all last week and not one deer touched the screwed on peanut butter jar on the tree. Not sure how this myth got started but I can tell you the deer in Stephens County sure don't like crunchy Jiff

What if you rub peanut butter on your corn kernels -- will that help?

Wait I thought buck bomb was the meal ticket to use? Now we gotta use peanut butter? Man your gonna make us all go broke!!! Deer eat peanut butter man and a whole world of other stuff too, lol. I know they eat fresh green beans, watermelon, cantelope, apples, banans, peanuts, peanut butter, CORN, protein feed, etc...etc....etc....etc.... The deer at my house eat corn mostly though and call smell it a good ways away too. And where I live now they don't exactly eat out of your hand either like at my Mom's...

my buddy and I tried this at the lease after reading a post on this forum a few weeks ago. We hung our creamy jiff on the same night. He has had four jars licked clean and mine hasnt been touched. Our stands are 1/4 mile apart.
