If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first? The dog of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.

If I have a chance to go hunting, I don't care if there is a 100% chance of rain, I would be out there. Then again I like to hunt in the rain.

All I know is you cant kill deer while sitting in the house cause it might rain. Guns can be cleaned and rust shouln't be to big an issue for a day. Grad some rain gear and get out there and get it done!

Bucks re-run scrape lines after rains. If you have been hunting over a scrape you would be crazy not hunt at that time. it has to stop sometime.
shot my biggest dear to date after 2 days of heavy rain in Throckmorton: Sat in the rain for 4 hours. rain stopped 15min till dark. 10pt comes out...DRT.

I have learned one thing, I always kill more deer on rainy drizzly, stormy, and windy days...I want them everyday during deer season.
avid deer hunter that is disable but God has still blessed me.
