Wipe down the outside with oil rag everyday during and after each trip. Light coat of oil in the barrel after each trip. Clean copper fouling after 20 rounds.. Stainless barrel!

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

I cleaned my nova once, I'll never do it again! It was real sticky until it got enough grim to slide easy again.

Same here. I do have some guns that I will clean religiously after every shooting, but not my hunting rifles. Wipe 'em off, back in the case. About May I give them a good scrubbing and re-zero.

Pistols are cleaned after every range trip. Rifle barrels aren't touched unless accuracy falls of or it's in the rain.
