Oh, okay. I hunted south of Hwy 59 on FM 2441 from 1985 thru 2008. We were right on Blanconia creek (separated Bee and Goliad Cty) about 2 miles from Blanconia (actually just a beer store there, lol) which is basically the corner of FM 2441 and Hwy 202 which links Refugio and Beeville. Loved it down there and sure miss it but my hunting partner passed away (his wife's family owned the land) so I don't get to hunt there anymore. Shot a lot of good deer down there over the years, including 1 that scored 153 (1st yr of Texas Big Game Awards) and got 1st place for Region 7. Plenty of hogs and turkeys too! Saw a few bucks bigger than that over the years but never was able to get shots for various reasons (brush usually, lol). One of those was shot by the neighbor across Blanconia creek and it scored 175.

Back on stand, jumped a young 8 with some does, and a pair of wild dogs.

DO NOT LET THOSE WILD DOGS WALK!!!! They are extremely hard on the native wildlife. They will kill just for the sake of killing.I will GLADLY kill them for you. I've seen what they can do to a deer herd.

Huh? I hunt hogs on a Whitetail deer farm and saw what three wild dogs did to the deer herd. They got under the fense and kill several of the herd and let them lay.
