Well we are sitting in the boat blind waiting for LST. It's way to warm. Good thing is we have cloud cover and a good south wind. I'll post when I can.

Not as many birds as we have seen. The ones we are seeing don't want anything t do with us. I know of 4 boats on the water and only one other one has shot.

It was like that last weekend for us too out there, not so many birds yet, but like FallinFeathers said, beats sitting in class or at the office.

Well about 20 minutes ago three of us drop 3 spoonies and 3 gaddies in 15 minutes. Still sitting here.

Well guys we ended up with 8 birds between three of us. It started off very slow but as the skies started to clear a little the birds started working. I had my first double today. Right at about 9:15 we had a group of Teal come in. I wasn't paying attention when they came in so I had to turn around and grab my gun. My brother shot first and missed. I pulled up and nocked a drake GWT down. Followed up with another shot and missed. Third shot connected on a hen about 50yrds out. Annie retrieved 6 of the 8 birds on the water. I was very please because at one point in time we had 4 birds on the water. We ended up with 2 gaddie drakes and 1 gaddie hen, 2 spoonie drakes and a spoonie hen and 1 GWT drake and hen.
