my buddy just bought new team extreme bone collector sights for his bear charge, and the only way we could get the twenty yard pin set is to put the pin all the way to the top and move the sights all the way up. the bow was shooting like 4 foot high. what could be causing this?

Sounds like the rest, string and knock are out of line. Did he have it set up , by laser??
