You can buy a new motor separately unless you want an excuse to get a complete setup.

I had the samething happen with one of my feeders. I hit the test button and nothing happened... well the motor didn't run.. however the time would reset back to noon and clear the feeder settings.. all it was.. the dang battery was bad.

so just buy a motor to replace it? Are replacement motors standard or do I have to get a specific brand. Problem I have is that I cant see it right now because its at the lease and I dont wanna get there and not have whats needed but I also dont wanna but the whole things again.

Before replacing the motor chec it. There are 3 things that can cause problems and the connection between them.
Battery _ touch the terminals or wire on them to the motor if it spins strong it ain't the battery or motor. If not try another known good battery.
Motor _ tested with battery if it doesn't spin with a charged battery chenge it out.
If the Motor and battery are good it is most likely the timer, or the fuse if it is one between the timer and motor.
The problem could also be connections between battery, timer and motor check all these.
Good luck

kmon1 is spot on...I had one giving me probs last weekend. I bypassed the timer and just hooked the battery directly to the motor and it worked fine. The timer wasn't sending the correct voltage to the motor. I swapped the timer out...called Remington and they are sending me a new timer...We always have a couple extra motors and timers laying around camp cuz you never know when one of them boogers is gonna throw a shoe...

What kind of timer are you using? If it's got a fuse, make sure to test or replace it. Lotsa folks don't realise there's a fuse in there.
Also, buy a spare motor, solar panel, timer, timer fuse, wire harness, and battery if you're going to be out somewhere where you can't get those things. Any and all of those things will malfunction over time. Take a back-up of each for your next trip out, replace the broken bit this time, and then you're ready for the next time. As far as motors go, I always buy 12V so that I can use them on both my 6V and 12V feeders.
I've had LOTS of fun (sarcasm) with feeders over the years! I think I've got them all on the same page now, though (knock on wood).

You have been given some great guidence here. The question about what brand of timer is dead on. In 30 years of hunting I doubt if I have seen two motors actually go out. Recently I thought I had one out and went through a lot of diagnoising. When I test the timer instead of spinning the plate the timer would just hum. The battery was connected to a 5 year old rechargable battery which had always been connected to a solar panel. The battery read 13 volts even when disconnected from the solar panel and did not drop that much when I tested the timer. Come to find out The battey while showing 13 volts did not put out any amps thus the spinner would not spin. I had heard that rechargable batteries were good for about 5-6 years but this was a first for me. Needless to say I put a new battery and everything is copasedic now. Lesson very rarely do motors go out many times it is some other problem that makes you think the motor is the problem.

12 volt heater blower motors are available at wrecking yards. When is the last time you had one go out ?
