Scope mounting question

RKHarm24 sergeant Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 44,585 North Texas	It is supposed to mount to the gun receiver, not a stock. It says for an AK/AKM which means that is what the mounts are designed for. If mounted on something else, drilling and tapping of receiver would have to happen to securely affix it to gun for accuracy. Not wood or plastic..
