Been in the blind since 6 and just now warming up! Had one in before it was good light and 5 does since. Best part has been the 3 packs of yotes around me that have been talking all morning!

We just killed a monster 10 in eastland cty. Bucks have been chasing and hitting the food plots. Aren't going to corn much. But our buck this morning did. Good for us and bad for him

FREEZING MY BUTT OFF HERE IN N.E. WOOD COUNTY,SEEN A REALLY NICE 8 POINT AT 8:40,had a 8-10" window to shoot,i whistled at him and he would stop or look  ,seen a doe with 2 older fawn's at 10:17 and another doe at 11:00,left stand about 12:20,they appear to be moving late,will be back in stand by 3:30 until  . GOOD LUCK

Nada here for me. Didn't even see a doe. Guys hunting the oak flats had bucks running all arounf. The camp for a nice 9 pt 150# and a 2 1/2 yr old 8 pt that was decent. That deer took bout three giant jumps and landed in the Angelina river. Had to launch a john boat to retrieve it.

went out this morning ready for cold, only saw one doe to far off to shoot, going back at 5 looking for a nice doe or buck

Well, the new York hunters we have down called him a monster. They must not have any big deer up there. They have seen 2.5 year old bucks that score around 100" and they thought they were large. The hunter was tickled pink for sure.

i ended up taking a neck shot at a buck late in the evening. didnt see any blood or hair so i left it be. gonna look harder this morning. i hate when things like tbis happen. no more late evening shots for me.

Last night was a little slow. Saw 10 does and 2 bucks. The bucks weren't moving like they were on Friday. A little warmer this morning but nice. Here is a pic of the 11 pointer from last night
