Cutting it close, but prob could get 13 out of it. Nice looking buck. If it's a kid's or your first buck then I'd take it. If not, pass.

I'd be looking for something else, but he does make 13" IMHO. The ears are to use as a guide and my experience is that 13" is a bit inside the alert ears of most adult deer.
