I haven't seen any signs of chasing..I am seeing alot of younger bucks around Granbury chasing..Hopefully Jack has a week or two before it gets good.

We were at our place this weekend. We are just south of Postoak. I bet every feeder had about 20lbs of corn under it. Never saw a deer come to a feeder while we hunted, but the bucks that were seen were all chasing doe. Mostly little bucks, but my brother in law saw a nice 8 chasing a doe.

Good luck this weekend. I am going to Concho county this weekend where there aren't any acorns.

I hope this rain makes it to Jack county. Will help rot the acorns on the ground.. We went last week and it looked like most of the acorns were down already...

We had very little rain in Jack County this week. It has been cold, 40 this morning. Hope the cold will help rot the acorns. My wife saw a 10 point in town this morning at 6 am, by the Elvis store. The deer are moving IN TOWN. Should have put the feeder in the yard.
