I have found what I think is a pretty good spot on some public land. It is in a creek bottom covered up in white oak acorns and there are also some pecan trees that are in my particular area of the woods. I dont think the pecans have dropped yet unless they have been eaten already. The only ones I can find are a few that were left over from last year and have rotted out. I know the deer love acorns but do they eat the pecans also? And there is ALOT of hog sign especially around the pecan trees. Do hogs eat the acorns and pecans?

Yes, and Yes. the deer and hogs will eat pecans. Hogs are particularly fond of them.

Yes they both love them! Some pecans have been falling for a couple of weeks. Over the weekend I checked on my Nacono pecan they have all fallon, None to be found.
