It was youth weekend in Oklahoma for those of us in "zone 2" My two buddies and I decided it would be a good idea for us to take our 2 each plus the nephew on a hunt/scouting trip. We got set up a little late due to it took a lot longer than expected due to having 7 kids with us. We had ducks coming in while throwing dekes. Despite the snafu we still managed a mallard drake (nephew, big one in camo) and a woodie drake. The woodie was a first duck for a 6yr old boy with a .410. Should have had shots at a few more but still one great hunt. We had the girls covered but they peeled off the camo shortly after getting out of the blind. My two girls are the ones in the brown coveralls and the blue sweatsuit. Darn cute girls if I do say so myself. I am posting the pic to avoid the dreaded "this post is worthless without pics" reply
