This buck is in Hamilton County. 13" rule applies. Looks to be a little short to me, but wanted other opinions.

Hamilton County has better bucks than this. He looks young also. Give him another year or 3 and he will be a lot better.
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.

I agree he looks really young. I should have added, I wouldn't take this buck. I really meant legally and not ethically speaking.
I'm on a new lease with 5 unknowns and one guy I know. One of the unknowns is completely new to hunting and will be right down the way from where these pics have been taken. If he were to take a buck with a 12" spread and I knew that buck was coming through there every evening - I'd feel partially responsible for that mistake.

He looks like he is a 2.5 yr old deer. He does look like he will make AR, but it would be nice to see deer like this walk and grow bigger. Good luck this season.

He won't make 13", don't do it! Agree 100%! A deer's ear is roughly 5-6" long and you will not get two of them between his beams!
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
