RANGER, IF YOU GOT ANY THING ON THE BALL AND YOU ARE A LAND OWNER EITHER YOU'VE GOT TO HAVE INSURANCE OR ALL HUNTERS MUST SIGN A WAIVER TO THE EFFECT THAT IF THEY EVEN GET AS MUCH AS A SCRATCH THEY WON'T SUE YOU.
I'VE GOT A DOVE HUNT COMING UP AND I LEASED THE LAND FROM A BUDDY AND HE IS REQUIREING ME TO GET INSURANCE ON THE HUNTERS.

Hey guys! You can get a "recreational lease" policy for your hunting lease with like a 3 million dolllar umbrella. I know they are available because I have been in the same boat. Get ready to spend some jack because they ain't cheap. Check at Texas & Southwest Cattle Raisers Association or Texas Wildlife Association.
Good Luck!

I haven't checked in a while but NRA members used to be able to get liability insurance at reasonable rates.

Just checked and yep it's still available. Just another reason to join the NRA.
