SCobra we are located just a tad northwest of Georgetown. If you log on to our website there a plenty of pictures of our work for exotics including hogs and rams, our prices and detailed directions on how to get to us. We have a processor only about 8 miles from us in Liberty Hill, Mike's Barnyard who does a fantastic job. Give them a call at 512-778-5100. They are located on Hwy 29. Since we pick up from them you wouldn't have to make two stops. Call us if you need more info. 254-793-2120.

I'm in Austin and I have mine done at Sheppards in Llano. Also seen Griffiths (maybe Griffins?) in Burnet, and it looked great. Those are the only two I've seen stuff from.

For processors, I've gotten a lot done at Hudsons on Congress. They do good work, if you don't mind not getting back your own deer. Buck Stops Here (or something like that) out 290 past Oak Hill told me you get your own deer back, and their chorizo and italian sausage was excellent.

Very few processors will take wild hogs anymore, I know Hudson's won't, you may want to call Johnnie G's in south Austin and see if they take them.

I'm glad someone said few processors take wild hogs. I was planning on trying to get a hog and take it to mix in with my deer meat instead of buying their pork to mix in. My dad did this this last year but the place he took it to added in the pork he brought them, plus their pork so he ended up with a butt load of sausage (5 boxes for 1 deer!) but luckily they didn't charge him for the extra pork that was their mistake. My mom had to argue with them because that wasn't what they ordered.
Normally I just take my deer to Readfields in Bryan where I hunt, but this year I'm thinking about taking it somewhere around Austin since I live here now. I've had some jalapeno cheese sausage from Hudson's on South Congress and some of their pan sausage. They were both pretty tasty. But I'd like to get my own deer back because I don't know how other people handled theirs.
I've heard Taylor Meat Market is good but I've never had anything processed there or tried any of their stuff.

Sheppards has done all of mine. Good prices, and he always shows me around the shop on the interesting mounts he is working on. Last year he was working on a wolf from Canada. That thing was huge!
