Bought this scope (4X Busnell) at a gun show years ago and never did anything with it, so since its raining today, I thought I'd mount it up on my 22 pistol. Love the long eye relief and 4X. Now I need to sight it in. Look out squirels! What do you think, overkill for this pistol? The commonly available red dots wont mount on this with the way the weaver rail is designed and where the notches fall. That's what I was going to put on this but I think I'm gonna like this better,

I think you will enjoy the heck out of it! Looks like it will be fun to shoot all day.

Looks good. We have three of those, each one with a different red dot, one BSA, One Taurus Propoint, and one Aimpoint
