Anyone see any free ranging exotics ever in the area. We have plenty of pigs but I've been hunting the London area my entire life and have never seen anything funky. (except a very lost and annoying Emu)..

I don't know about London, but certain areas around Junction are absolutely loaded with exotics. On a ranch I worked on just west of Junction on 377 (in Telegraph) I've seen Aoudad, Fallow, Sika, and a TON of Axis.....all free-ranging.

by free ranging, can we assume you mean escapees or second generation escapees
Stuff my dad said in the deer blind
"I can dive deeper and come up drier" "did you do that?"

We saw an Emu the last time we were down at the ranch on the road leading in!! Did a triple-take....couldn't believee my eyes. It was just standing by the creek looking stupid like only a bird that goofey looking can do.

Well anything roaming around regardless of how many generations of freedom is a bonus. It's only a matter of time before something runs by. I once was in a tree blind and a bassett hounds came busting out of the brush and stopped dead in it's tracks when it crossed my path I used to walk in. The dang thing puts it's nose down from 90 yards out and followed it to the base of my tree. Wanted to fling an arrow at it.

I've hunted in Telegraph(a couple miles south actually) for 16 years and the exotics are all over the place. We've killed quite a few Axis, 2 Fallow, a REAL nice Black Buck and one Sika. The Axis are starting to become a problem. I'm not on that lease any longer but I am certain the guys left on the lease will start taking more Axis....

I hunted a ranch in london a few years back and got a nice corsican ram and one of the blinds had writing on the inside of the wall that said "axis seen here" but I never saw one. Ranch was all low fence

I hunted West of London last year and never saw anything but whitetail. We did not see very many deer so I will probably put my efforts on my lease down South. There was deer but nothing to look at. It was not heavily pressured so maybe the new had to ware off.
