What's your favorite item from Kuby's? Here's the link to their menu.

Last time we went they inadvertently ground up TooLow's backstrap into hamburger.

He was upset but I thought they were the best venison burgers ever!

(p.s. they made good on the mistake)

They are famous for their sausage and it should ordered every time you go there. I took a large hog that weighed over 300 lbs. They were the only place in the metroplex that we could find that would take it with the skin on. We had several lbs of sausage made and I think the total was $236.00. I think we had 190 lbs of meat total. They do good work and I highly recommend them.

I take trimmed meat there every year. I usaully get brats, smoked - plain and Jap, bkfst, salami - both, and the hunters links. All is good. I had some excess meat so I had them grind it which I normally do not do. They only pack in 1-1/2 lb packages. What good is that? I used 1 lbers for most recipes and 2 lbers for chili.
