i have always just used cajun spice, garlic pepper mrs dash hot n spicey or whatever i have on hand.
is there something better- what do you use ?

Adams brisket rub tastes fine. I put a little yellow mustard on the brisket first.

i use a good season salt...garlic....chili powder....black pepper and whatever else ive got at the time but those are my main 3..........my wood mix is the most important thing to me tho..........i only season them cuz when i'm drinking beer i like to tear some of the fat off the top and eat it......lol

Kosher salt and black pepper, ive tried many different seasonings and I like it the best.

The one Texas gourmet has on their website is delicious. Havent had a complaint yet.
