Crockett County Seasonal Deer Lease (close to Fort Lancaster)
The property in 30 miles West of Ozona close to I-10.
2 private pastures available one is a 8 gun (3079 acres) and the other is a 4 gun (1424). They adjoin each other and could be combined into one large 12 gun pasture. There are mule deer (30%)and whitetail (70%) on the property. Neither pasture was hunted last year.

Lease terms:
-1 mature buck (your choice)
-2 does (or a cull buck may be shot in replace of a doe)
-turkey
-javelinas
-predators/varmits
-Electric and water included at designated camping areas or you can stay on the pasture (no water or electric)
-private pastures (nobody will be driving thru to reach another pasture)
-seasonal lease, but access available year round for feeding and blind/brush maintenance.
-family owned ranch so long term lease available
-$1900 per gun for 5 years (year-to-year contract with first right of refusal each year).
