This is easy and great!
In a 13x9 baking pan,put in 1
Big can of Peaches (sliced), and the juice,
on top of that put 1 box of yellow cake mix,
melt 1 stick of butter and pour on top of the cake mix.
(DO NOT STIR),sprinkle with cinnamon and place in oven at 350 degrees for 45-55 mins. Enjoy!

You can do it with different fruits, too. That's pretty much the recipe I use when making them in a dutch oven.

It's called a "dump cake" --several ways to
do it on the internet.

You nailed it. I've done it with fresh peaches, apples dewbarries, and strawberry fig preserves. I stew up the fruit first, and top with chopped pecans. Squeez margarine works well on the top. You can split the full recipe into two pie plates. Don't forget the Blue Bell.

For the peaches, do you use the canned pie filling type or the fresh sliced ones in syrup?

The original dump cake recipe called for a can of crushed pineapples, and a can of cherry, or blueberry pie filling. I've done it with verious stewed fresh fruits, with and without the pineapples.

You don't even have to melt the butter. Just cut up two sticks into slices and lay them on top then put it in the oven. I've heard it's really good with cherry filling, but I've only made it with peaches. It's pretty rich though.

I make it with cherry pie filling and crushed pineapples, them dump the cake mix, then pecans, then 2 sticks of butter. Doesn't get much better.

A few almonds or pecans on top really spices it up!
