i made a stupid mistake..left my camcorder in the boonies on bardwellcorps land..thought i had hidden real good..put some corn and jello mix in front of the camera..came back a week later and the camera was gone..i just screemed at the top of my lungs some expletives in case they were in hearing distance..man that was stupid..i wll never make that mistake again!

that sucks, but why would you hide a camcorder in the woods unattended?

It sucks but you know on your place you should be ok to leave stuff. Especially if you have hidden it. But in this day and time everything needs a lock and a lock just keeps the honest people honest.

Why was he recording a baited spot with his camera on someone elses land? A camcorder battery isn't gonna last a week, so why leave it out there for a week?

and it was corps land..my mistake was putting it near a fence line(still on corps land)but much easier to find...i thought i had covered it up pretty good..but i guess they saw the flash..i had had this trailcam for about five years...still took great pix was about to buy another one..oh well live and learn.i did tell a game warden and he said i was lucky that i didnt have anything else stolen out of my car..THANKS ALOT GW!
