Dunno if anyone's interested or looking for some good dogs, but the Sherman animal shelter has a chocolate lab, 2 black labs, a yellow lab, 2 bloodhounds, and a puppy that is some sort of bird dog (kinda looks like a GSP or some sort of Brittany spaniel). I can email pics of any of 'em if anyone's interested.

It's sad when families can no longer keep their pets.
The trainer I use takes in rescue dogs on occasion.
Him and his wife have started receiving more phone calls from families that are having to move and can't take their Labs.
Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden.
Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.

Bump. I dunno how much longer the black lab puppy has. They usually only give 'em 7 days and today was the 7 day mark.
