Bring the acorns to 'em. Did you pick them up by hand or use a vacuum?

I was wondering if those would work for acorns.

I do both. My ladder stand is in an oak tree, and my feeder is 25 yds away.

We cut 95% of the oak trees and left them no choice but to cross stands going from bedding area over to the closest oak trees.

no HF, but we have feeders and plots set up inside their bedding area where we can watch from the distance. We have some of the best neighbors in the world who don't hunt 2 bordering properties.

That's easy; Wait for them to eat the acorns off the other property that has oaks and git em when they start coming to the FP and feeders, later in the season.
If we always do, what we have always done, the we always get, what we have always gotten! Learn to adapt!
