I'm not sure yet, because I'm just getting into the black powder thing. I have an old Mowrey .50 caliber that I've owned for 15 years, but only shot at the range. It was broken when I got it, and it's just been decoration since then, but I got a gunsmith to repair it and it shoots like a dream. Last year, I got a really good deal on a new Knight .50 caliber in-line, and I just traded for a CVA .50 caliber Kentucky rifle. The only thing I know for sure is whatever I shoot will have a 1/2" diameter hole in it.

A T/C Omega .50 cal. ss with grey thunbhole laminate stock. It is topped with a silver Nikon Omega 3x9x40mm scope. Just bought it this year and am hoping to break it in on something big.

It's not skybusting, if you make the shot.

I have a TC Omega with a Burris 3x9 Fullfield II. With 209 shotgun primers, 100 grn White Hot Powder and Hornady 250 SSTs, I'm getting sub 1 inch groups at 100. 200 yard groups are inside 6 inches but I'm still getting used to the gun. I just finished shooting my first box of Hornady bullets. Based on what I've learned of late I think I'll be consistently inside a softball sized group at 200 with my next shooting session. I leave for Kansas Saturday. Season starts Monday...!!!!! Hoping to shoot 1 more time before I leave.

This will be my third season with my Savage 10 ML-II topped off with 3x9 Leupold scope. It's not your traditional rig but it does a super job with Hornady 250 gr XTP's and MMP sabots.

Same as last year. T/C Renegade in 58 caliber. 90 grains of powder with a 525 grain Great Planes. I named her Thumper. I'm talking about both ends!! Hornady stoped making this bullet in 58 last year, so I been buing anything I can find. Anyone got some?
Catfish Anyone can start, only winners finish.
