I was at dove camp last night and one of the guys had some deer steaks about an inch thick. I had to try one and it was fantastic. I'd never had one that thick. I asked Patrick what his secret was and he said he marinated them in Stubb's Beef Marinade. I've gotta get some.

Stubbs bbq in austin is great,so is their sauces from the store.
