My Hunting buddy/bird dog this morning. He didn't miss a single bird, responded well to all commands, didn't eat any birds, even pointed out incoming birds, and was in charge of the beverages!! This pic was during his short graveside service for the top part of a decapitated bird!

Yes indeed I do. My older son quit retrieving and started shooting about 3 years ago and this one has taken his place quite well. Sidenote: Older son will still retrieve for me and now he cleans my birds too and in general I have created a monster with my older son and hunting. I think this one is headed down the same path!!

Yea hell I think we all Started out retrieving an moved our way up me an my dad went out by tha house yesterday evening we got bout 8 but I think the rain had them slowed down well I wish luck to all that go this weekend
