What type of license does an out of stater have to have to hunt dove and then come back or hunt pheasant? Is there a 10 day license or something of that nature? I'm too lazy to navigate the TP&W website...figured someone here would know...

No matter what non-resident you choose, you'll need the following in addition to the initial hunting lic.

167 Upland Game Bird Stamp Non-Resident $7.00 (Phesant)
168 Migratory Game Bird Stamp Non-Resident $7.00 (Dove)
137 HIP Certification Resident and Non-Resident $-

May or may not apply depending on your non-resident:

166 Deferred Hunter Education Option Non-Resident $10.00
173 Annual Public Hunting Permit Non-Resident $48.00

Your best bet is to call TPWD and find out exactly what if anything else is needed.

x2 I had a freind from out state hunt some ducks with me last year. Only thing that would be different is if they where on a private Bird perserve think that ones like 30 bucks

I didn't know you could pick and choose the 5 days. I thought they were consecutive. You implied the person was going to come dove hunt and come back and pheasant hunt.
