I have had several people tell me that I should rent my high racks out for weekends. Would you rent it? If so what do you think would be a fair price? I am thinking $75 and pick it up on Friday and return it Monday. Let me know what you think. There will be a deposit. It will fit in any pickup. Thanks, Dale

ya, probably would. I wouldn't buy one but I would pay 75 bucks to have one all weekend

Make sure you have a good lawyer and lots of insurance. That way you are covered when the drunk hunter falls out, breaks his neck and blames you for their ignorance.
Nice rack. Looks like it is well built.

I already have several so I wouldn't need one. I'm with TDH09 on this one. You would need to have some sort of contract that they would have to read that made them TOTALLY liable for any and all damages to the rack there person and probably would have to make anyone that was going to be in it sign it. Probably wouldn't be worth the headache but that's just my .02

Maaaaan....I like your thinking, and I for one would rent one for $75 for the weekend and not sue you when my drunk arse falls out and puts a bullet through my head, my wife however... That's right up there with renting out 50' long bungee cords on a 40' high bridge.
edited to add: What about all these folks selling shop-built elevated deer stands, though? They're certainly no safer than the tower shown, right? Maybe we're missing something that a simple signed agreement could take care of. I'd give it some serious thought, and get with a liability attorney. If nothing else, start an LLC in the name of the rental company only, so that if someone does sue they can only get what's available from the LLC and not your house, truck, dog, and first born.

So, If I just sell them to you and someone gets hurt or worse, then I am not liable??????? PS. If I sold you a gun, It is only as safe as the person using it.

If you can sue for spilling HOT coffee from McDonalds then yes you could be held liable if they get hurt. Is it right NO WAY but it is the world we live in. I work with some companies that make high rise deer blinds and they make you sign all kinds of waivers to buy one. Kind of a CYA deal.

You REALLY need to talk to a lawyer and make sure you understand the risks and benefits before you proceed. No offense to anyone here, but this is probably not the place to get legal advice.
