They are nice, made by Mathews I shot one today at my sponsor. They are good bows for the money.

Go shoot one and you get a free hat... I got one today. Black like the Bowtech hat I have.

Mission is to Mathews like Diamond is to Bowtech!

I shot one today as well, the Eliminator II.

Very nice bow, and very reasonably priced.

It's a good looking bow, shoots nice, and is very lightweight.

Go shoot one, and they'll send you home with a good looking hat, just like bjankowski said:

I bought my 11 year old son a Menace so that it can grow with him. He has had it for a little over a year and he loves it. Great shooting, quiet bow. It always surprises me how quiet it is when we shoot.

I was looking at the UX2 last year. Archery Country in Austin had them for $299.00

I bought an Eliminator II at christmas this past year and although I have yet to actually hunt with it I have absolutely no complaints. All I've heard from anyone is they are good quality bows for a lower price. IMO anything by mathews is a pretty solid product, but thats just IMO of course.

From the outside looking in, you can't understand it. From the inside looking out, you can't explain it...

I would like to have considered one for my son but they have the same system on draw length as a Mathews correct?

Yes they do. Draw length specific.

Yeah. That stinks and one reason I have to consider buying a different brand for myself next time, much less my sons new one.

i have a Mission Maniac with the bow hunters package and love it. For the price plus a few accessories, it's a great bow. Shoots fast and smooth.

I have a mission maniac also and it has draw length adjustment from about 22 to 30 inches. Just take out a screw and move it to the length you want.

I shot several bows when I was shopping. Hoyt, Matthews, Bowtech and a few others before I bought this one.

Try a few shops and check out the bows they have, I think you will find they all are good. Then just pick out the one your son likes.

I had some that the weight was not comfortable for me but the guy at the shop thought I needed to shoot a heaver weight. Just move on to the next shop and find someone who will work with you. If it is not comfortable to shoot he will not shoot it much.

What helped my decision was sitting in a fold up chair and shooting each bow. I was able to pick the one that was the most comfortable for me to get started.

It was a little more money than some and a little less money than some. Just try all out all the bows you can and you will find one.

My 12 year old son shoots a Mission set at 50# and it really shoots nice groups and is very quiet. He got it at the end of deer season last year and has not hunted with it, but I believe he will do fine with it this season.

It is a very compact and light little bow and in my mind a great buy for the money.

Mathews Z7 Bow for Whitetail and Hogs
Remington R-15 .223 REM for predators
I also like to "hunt" sporting clays with my Benelli SuperSport!

Got a Mission Eliminator II last fall from Smithfield Archery and I love it. It shoots great groups and is very quiet. For the money, it's a sweet bow and I'm glad I didn't spend double or more for a Matthews or Bowtech.

The Mission Menace is adjustable from about 17 to 29 inches and from 20 to 54 pounds. That's why I bought it for my 11 year old...he is growing quickly.
