Hey guys posting this for a friend of mine that is the land owner. He is a great guy to lease from and is not shady like some other land owners. I have no stake in this and am just posting as he is not a forum type guy.
This is for a lease in west Borden county Texas on US 180. 10 guns Approx. 4,600 acres. $18,400 must have feeding program. No facilities. 8 Whitetail and 2 Mule Deer bucks only (Must be 10 points or better), birds & varmints included.

I know that ranch. I grew up quail hunting on it. I'd be happy to answer any questions if anyone is thinking about this place. There are some great deer in this area.
