Just when it was starting to dry out a bit another nice round of widespread rain. Childress totals as follow:
7/2 - 0.43
7/3 - 0.63
7/4 - 1.41
7/6 - 0.07
More in the forecast the next few days AND temps topping out in the 70's.
If we do not have a great quail (and turkey) hatch this year we are going to have to come up with excuses other than the weather!!
Any quail & turkey hatch reports from the eastern panhandle & rolling plains would be appreciated.

From 6/28 to 7/4 we had 5.7 inches in Southern Kent Co. and it was still raing when I left Sunday.
