I would say yes and take it to a pro shop that handles your brand of bow and have them check it out. A friend of mine had that happen and there was a hairline crack in the upper limb thay the bow tech spotted.

A dried fired bow will not always be damaged. Look very close around the limb bolts and check your cams. If your still worried take it to your proshop and have them check. I think everyone has one idiot buddy that does this.. Good luck

Look very closely around the wheel axles for cracking also check entire limb and riser surface for any bubbling or rising of camo finish sometimes the paint will not split but damage lies underneath it hope it's ok! You don't want it to come apart on You I promise.many years ago I shot for Proline was praticeing on Thanks giving day as every day made the shot upper limb shattered and I had a top camp sticking out of My left forearm! Iwas amazed it hit the spot at 40 yards as the wife hollared Were going to the E.R.!

Also check all your servings make sure the string is fine. If you notice that your arrows are dropping STOP and replace the string. I've had one bow explode in my face, it's not fun at all.

He'd be buying that bow if it were mine. I let no one touch my bow, unless they are already a experienced shooter.

I would be pissed too but aren't most bow manufactures testing their bows by dry firing them?

Actually I take my previous comment back. I sometimes let Jack Todd handle my bow.
