Grilled - Nothing but worcestershire and Tony's. Cook to Medium.

Fried - Beat flat, soak several hours in milk. Season, flour and fry.

i like to cut the backstrap in pieces about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" thick. brush with extra virgin olive oil. wrap the outside edges with pepper bacon. secure with pins or tooth picks. season the meat with sea salt, coarse ground black pepper, and garlic. let me come to room temperature. grill over hot fire to just medium-rare. take off and let rest at least 5 minutes. makes fore some fine eating.

Mix black pepper, worchesteshire sauce, and butter. Melt in microwave. Baste steaks over low heat on the grill. The more rare, the better!

I like to marinate mine in Stubbs Beef Marinade and grill it. Turns out awesome everytime. They dont take long to cook so be careful not to over cook them.

Butterfly and stuff with hot sausage, onions, and bell peppers. Wrap in foil and place out on the grill over medium heat. Make sure butterflied portion of the meat is facing up so the juices don't leak out. Cook until medium-rare-medium.

My wife cubes venison steak, marinates in Stubbs Beef Marinade scures with mushrooms, onion slices, zukini slices for some great shishkabobs.

olive oil, soy sauce, and montreal steak seasoning on a plate-coat both sides of the steak and let it sit for about 45 minutes-extra seasoning as needed-grill at 400 to 500 degrees 2 to 3 minutes both sides and enjoy!

Sometimes we even use garlic powder and or brown sugar along with the steak seasoning-goooood stuff, but don't over cook!!

Try kabob style, slow cook, indirect heat. This is how I cooked my duck last season, deer would work the same. See pics below, I cooked my duck like this all season, it was great.

Cut in cubes, marinade in olive oil, spice, maybe worcheshire sauce then on skewers...

In direct heat set-up

Take your marinade mixture, and base it good with that

cheers
