put a 125gr xtp-hp over 21.5 grs H110 and hold on. its a screamer with no overpresssure probs

Not sure these are not just relative busy computer generated numbers. There are so many factors that come into play during an armed confrontation. I wonder if the bad guys know about these charts and know the percentage rates of being taken down?
