CHICAGO, December 14, 2006 – OPT Holdings, Inc. (“OPT”), a portfolio company of Svoboda, Collins L.L.C (“Svoboda”), is pleased to announce it has partnered with management to invest in Primos, Inc. (“Primos” or the “Company”). The transaction is the second acquisition for OPT. Madison Capital Funding L.L.C. provided senior debt to complete the transaction. Specific terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
Based in Flora, Mississippi, Primos is the nation’s premier brand in the designing, manufacturing and marketing of game calls and accessories to the outdoor industry.
