 Need a couple of hunters for year-round hunting lease in Cottle County.

Looking for 2 or 3 hunters for a 6 person lease in Cottle County (SE of Childress). Acreage of lease is just under 1,000 acres with mule deer, whitetail, turkey, hogs, dove and a little bit of quail (although we've never hunted the quail). Creek bed running through much of the property (dry most of the time). Will have electric but no running water. 3rd year on the lease and we added 1 spot. Looking for hunters with kiddos. We keep it pretty tame at camp as our goal is to get outdoors with family and friends.

I've got a couple of feelers out there but as of right now ... I still need to fill 3 spots. $1,600 per hunter with year-round access. Sorry for the delay in getting back with you.
