Just got an e-mail from a friend of mine that owns land down in Junction. His friend has a pretty big place down the road from his. He had it leased and the guys bailed on him at the last minute.

James is a friend of mine. Ranch is in Kimble County. Turn north at the Cleo exit, go north for 10 miles then west for 5 miles. He told me about this situation this past weekend.
