 My first Hog kill

Went to the lease this weekend "Quanah, TX" to try to get me a gobbler and this is what I got instead. This is my first hog kill and my first kill with a gun instead of a bow... Shot him at 75 yrds under his right ear and he dropped. Anyway, I was very excited!!

congrats almost looks like a razorback bc of the hair on his back..thats a pretty big hog too

congrats almost looks like a razorback bc of the hair on his back..thats a pretty big hog too Thanks ...Thats what I thought too.

nice AR setup ya got there too. We didnt have a scale, but guessing about 165-170.

The gun is a DPMS AR15. It was a great hunt. She put the smack down on him. He hit the dirt hard with a headache.

GOOD JOB !!!! I just showed my 16 y.o. daughter your' pic, now she's REALLY motivated to get her first hog. She's gotten 4 deer so far...3 on her own, but no hogs yet.

I hunt near you there, just outside of Crowell, but didn't see any hogs this weekend.

Thats a big pig! Not everyone has shot one that big and they have been at it for a long time! Great job 
Since I don't own a 4x4 I only Hunt in State Parks with Pavement!!!
