We are looking for a lease in llano or fredericksburg. We are looking for 600-800ac. We are management minded hunters and are family oriented. We were on a 1000ac in Llano and owner sold it to a company out of dallas 6yrs down the drain. They ended up with our years of hard work. If you have something that might work for us please let me know we are not looking to pay 2000 a gun. But we all have tractors, mowers, plows and will fix the place up nice if you want sell it out from under us in 6yrs lol.

The canopy became his shroud; he hurtled to the ground. And he ain't gonna jump no more. Gory, gory, what a hell of a way to die, he ain't gonna jump no more!

I drove down for the Crawfish open and pick up the info from the Chamber of Commerce and I was about a week to late...
We had ours for less than 2000 a gun but we did a lot of improvements on his land including making a road to get the mobile home we all purchased down to the camp. Everyone was so mad we just left the dang Mobile Home there with a couple of added holes in the walls and ceiling.

We had a lease in Mason Co, out by Blue Mnt. for 1000. a gun the last year. The grandchildren finally took over and decided they could make lots more. A cheap lease in Mason will be around 2000. if you can find one. If in Mason, check at Donop Feeds, south of town on 87.

I'd ask him if he's pregnant. He missed a s__tload of periods. I'll take "things that look like a uterus" for $200 Alex.

I won't even say what my buddy pays but it is less than $10 an acre and has a nice house. Check the Castell General Store.

Yeah. Fun of a place to hang out. Talk to the guy behind the bar. He is from Llano and knows most landowners. Heck, no one is from Castell... He helps put on the big crawfish boil.

Man prices are going up! We have a lease in Mason for $1250 a gun and have been on it for about ten years. Our landowner has never raised the price. Guess I won't be thinking about moving anytime soon!
