Find one that fits like a poncho, lot easier to put on and take off, also not as hot. If you sit while calling, it will cover you and if walking in wooded area you can take it off and put it on when you get to where you will hunt. They tend to catch on every bush and cactus within 10 feet of you.

I've hunted with one. Very light weight, and good for all conditions. Highly recommended.

Some people swear by them..I've done nothing but swear AT them! Not needed, spend your money on better calls or other gear. If you just plain WANT one, get the poncho type because you'll want to take if off if you move so much as 10ft! For me, there's just too much to get hung up on in the areas I hunt-your spots might be different.

I've wanted one for awhile. We hunt some pretty open spots. It would also work for photography. Now I just need to find a cheap one lol.

I have one and use it quite a bit depending on the terrain where I'm calling. I have had yotes within 3 feet and they new something wasn't right just weren't sure what. Had one growl at me one time when I was buried in a cedar bush (game over) I stood up and shot him in the arse as he ran off. Mine is a brush rag true ghillie suit but some of the leafy ones out there work just as well for concealment without having to worry about them getting snagged on EVERYTHING in the dang pasture. As the former Chief Instructor of Marine Corps Scout Sniper School, and a nationally Distinguished rifle shooter, they weren't all that necessary at distances beyond 1,000yards. When belly crawling to within 200 yards of my enemy (two legged) they were helpful.

Hey, Bill Crew. I was in the Navy, my uncle was in the Navy, my brother was in the Navy, my youngest son was in the Navy, his grandfather and father-in-law were in the Navy, and my oldest son joined the Marines. Guess which one fell out of a grocery cart when he was 2 years old and landed on his head. Seriously, though, any one of us would rather go into combat with a Marine alongside.

I like to wear my guille to diner parties as well !! But seriously you might want to do some research on HOW to build your own guille. You can make it to fit your exact requirements and most DIY guilles (depending on effoert put into it) turn out better than ones you can buy !!
