I think 4 guys at $1750.00/gun will work. I would consider 5 guys. We would just need to look at each deal individually.
Stephen, this place is about 3 miles from the 120 acre place.
Howdy Safari. How are you? From what I can tell, the turkey numbers look good. It's been a wet cold winter up here and we did have a bad ice storm, but on the places that I'm turkey hunting this Spring, there seems to be plenty of birds. I haven't really noticed and struttin' goin on yet, bet we are just starting to get some warm days.

Shooter:
I never worry too much about winterkill on turkey's as they are very hardy and do just fine in much harsher climates than the Texas Panhandle. More importantly your moisture conditions going into spring sound excellent..that is your real limiting factor in that part of the world.
Anyone seeing any really big flocks of say 75 +?

Stephen... I think that we are gonna stay there at the 320 acres, there is power and water there. I don't know if that is where he would have y'all stating as well. But there is a little motel in town called the trade winds, it will keep you dry but that's about it. It's nothing nice but it's a bed and a shower, but I think that we will stay at the land either in a camper I we can find a decent one, or even tent camp if necessary. The 45 a night will get expensive quick.

Hello again everybody. I have come up with a couple new places. We have a 640 acre place, a 7000 acre place and we still have a couple small places. Feel free to call me at 940-453-4224 and I will gladly give you all the details!

bump for a nice honest man and a great business man and the guy know's what he's talkin' about! He lives right there in childress and had no problem meeting us and tell us all the history of the deer hunting of childress. It is going to be a big terrain difference for us to hunt up there this year but Chad was full of tip's and tactic's to get on those big panhandle buck's! You should see some of the pic's of the monster's they harvest up there this year! We did wind up taking a lease with Chad this season and can't wait for those game cam pic's in sept.!
