My buddy tells me all the time about them doing it in Louisianna and ive been wanting to get me a good rabbit beagel but other than that just have hunted them around edges of fields.

some family friends that live just outside nashvill tenn. have a whole pack of rabbit dogs. They just turn them loose and follow them and they get a rabbit ever dang time... I just ride around at the lease and shoot them no dogs for me
learn something new everyday and you will have never wasted a day.

My uncle anem huntem witha bugler at nite... They eatem up in dumplins, an sometimes they give a few ta mamanim... She even eat skwerul brains too.

Before I got old and fat, hunting rabbits behind 4-6 beagles was my second favorite type of hunting. We would load up the dogs and hit the Wamba bottoms, with sometimes as many as 6 guns. On a good morning we would bring home 25-30 cottontails and swampers. Brings back lots of good memories, 45 year old memories.
