I grill everything Sir, lol... I appreciate it I havent ever ate anything that isnt your run of the mill deer, hog, dove ect so I didnt know if there were any special ways to cook this stuff..

if misspelling a word makes you an arse on a public forum, than I suggest we rename this site Texas Arse Forum because we are all sportsmen and not all spelling bee winners. At least he was phonetically correct and everyone knew what he was saying.

never had them but salt & pepper then throw um on the hot grill using mesquite and serve rare !

Nilgai is outstanding and so is Elk. I would put a dry rub on them both and let them sit over night and then throw them on the grill. The Elk is also outstanding chicken fried.
