i am having difficulty finding sierra (#1390) 55 gr HPBT .224. they go for about $16 a hundred, but cant be found all the sudden. anyone got any or now of any?

I know the feeling. I found two boxes of SPBT 55 gr. for an inflated price of $22.00 per box yesterday. Of course I bought them, but they were the last two they had. I've been wondering if guys are trying to get ready for prarie dog shooting, like I am. Maybe that's why there's a shortage of them. Or possibly the fear of not being able to buy ammo, or components is getting stirred up again.

i am not a prarie dog hunter, didnt think of that. i just shoot paper. need to go on a dog hunt though. sounds like a blast.

Check out the bullet box swap - I think there are some in it unless the guys before you grab them. Worth a look.

They used to be found by the handful! Academy carried a bunch, but everybody is out! But, midway usa and i think cheaper than dirt just got some!

Saw some at BPS last week. Was thinking about switching, but decided to stick w/ the Varminter's since they have proven themselves to me.
