I shot an alligator last year with www.TARSPORTING.com They are out of Texas but do their 'gator hunts in Florida. On the private land you can use a bow, crossbow, firearm, whatever. We hooked this one first with a rod and reel with special line and fought it for over 1/2 hour. It ended up 9ft 4 inches tip to tip. It cost me $1050 total and I kept the meat and hide. While I was there I did a hog hunt with dogs for only $150 more! Anyway, Joe guided me and he guarantees an alligator the size range you want.
