Looking for a 2010 lease, within an hour of Abilene. Only need one spot, but if a second is available i know a few people that would fill it. Management minded, wont trash your land..

I'm on a lease with 4 that needs two more in Rising Star just south of Cisco.
We have 400 acres with 5 stands and feeders with heavy cover and deer, turkey, dove, bobcat, coyotes, but no hogs yet. Let me know if you're interested.

The grand total will be 6 members but one guy owns a restaurant and only comes to cook and not hunt. So only 5 hunters. We have 3 now and need 2 more. The price is $1050 for year round lease and includes water, electricity, gas, insurance but not corn and we feed year round. The lease dues are in two installments with half due mid May and remaining amount September 1.
