Anybody got any tips for hunting hogs around Commerce.

I was just visiting my in-laws this past weekend and you could see the hog damage from the road. . .they said come back in the summer and go shoot some.

Looking for any tips to increase my likelihood of finding and shooting a couple.

MMmmmmm Bacon!!!

There really is not that much to hunting hogs. They tend to roam quite a bit and can be fairly difficult to pattern. I prefer to cover a lot of ground and find them, then go for it. Best thing is to find a group, get in front of them, and let them walk up on you. As long as the wind is in your favor and you stay still, they will walk as close as you let them. Sort of like tater chips, you can't kill just one!
