How can i go about finding the contact info for a property that i am considering asking about leasing or hunting. Its rural Starr county

You would need to go to the county court house, they will have the owner of record on file there.

Go to the Tax appraisers office for that county, they should be able to help you find the landowner. The county court house will only really help if you have the land description or already know the land owners name.

I have had luck finding the tax appraiser's website and finding quite a bit of info there. Many of the countys have interactive maps that show the properties and are searchable. Might start there and then see what you need from there.

park your truck in the entrance, step over gate or fence, fire one round thru gun and wait.   they'll show up.

I use a combination of the Tax office and the FDA office located in the County seat.
I have been helping people find hunting leases for close to 20 years. This is what works for me.
